The best part is, Lou Jacque did the tattoo... 15 years ago! Now I feel old.On to the youngest lady of Pulse... Ms. Katie. Katie turns the BIG 2-4 tomorrow. We celebrated today with a Pulse lunch and some birthday cheesecake. Chocolate cheesecake. Mmm...
