Every Time I Die...

On Monday night Sean and I went down to Toad's Place in New Haven to see Every Time I Die. I offered to drive because he always drives me around, and this way he could relax and enjoy a few adult beverages with our friends without having to worry about the drive home. Plus, I had jury duty the next morning at 8am and I didn't want to do anything that may have compromised my being on time. Me driving seemed like a really great idea... until I got pulled over for speeding on the way home! I got a ticket for 81mph in a 65mph zone, which adds up to a $294.00 ticket! I guess that's the price I'm going to pay for having such an awesome night with friends.

It was great to see Mr. Keith Buckley and hear that I've been missed on Twitter! Hahaha. The show was amazing! These guys have such energy and their live show is so fun to watch. The crowd was young and wild and put forth a maximum mosh effort. I tried to watch the show from the relative "safety" of stage right but the stage diving kids became tough to dodge, I grabbed Sean from the bar and watched the rest of the set from the front of house. In the end I was really glad to have had both experiences. Here are some pictures from my views...
