My excellent night out

Last night I had an early dinner with The Actor at our friend Elaine's fabulous restaurant - A Little of What You Fancy.  I know I keep blogging about it and it certainly doesn't need any publicity as it's packed every single night.  I can barely get a table and often have to get take-away.

Arianna Forster(1962-2010)
I was very sad to hear that Arianna died yesterday of lymphatic cancer aged 48.  The trailblazing frontwoman and founder member of The Slits with Viv Albertine, Palmolive and Tessa Pollitt.  Arianna was fifteen when The Slits embarked on the White Riot Tour of 1977 with The Clash and Subway Sect.
