Health kick update

I haven't done too well today on the exercise front today.  Bit of an understatement!   I got up at 10am and had my lemon and hot water followed by an English breakfast tea on the terrace in the sun.  Amazing we actually had some sun at last!   I had a call to say my afternoon meeting had been moved.

My favourite painting

I love Tamara de Lempicka's paintings and this is my favourite.  I have five of her paintings.  I bought it in New York about twenty years ago.  I remember thinking it was really expensive, about $1000 which was a lot for me at the time.  It's a screen print from the original and is very good quality.  Everyone that comes round likes it.  It has a lovely
