My big night out
As I'm still on my economy drive I was lucky that pretty much everything I wanted to do this week were on the same night.
First I met my friends Stephen Beresford, who's a brilliant writer, and the lovely stylist Richard Sloan aka Sloanie in Mayfair to help choose a 40th Birthday present. Stephen very kindly treated us to cocktails in the bar at The Connaught afterwards.

Daisy Beaumont's Birthday and Sunday lunch at The Wrestlers
The beautiful Daisy - I love this girl SO much. I didn't manage to get a picture of her on her own so here's one I took a few weeks ago instead.
Daisy had originally planned to have a barbeque in her garden yesterday but as it rained during the day she decided to have a drinks party in the evening.

Jake and Nicola's Hollywood Birthday party

My gorgeous friends Jake Maskall and Nicola Hayles celebrated their 40th Birthday's with a joint party at Grand Union in Farringdon on Saturday night. The theme was Hollywood glamour, any excuse to dress up. Of course I had no trouble finding something to wear, I had too much choice. It's day wear I have a problem with.

Mad Men party
On Saturday night we went to our great friend Benedict Wong's Mad Men party to celebrate his 40th Birthday.
I was ready on time for a change. The Actor was late as he had to eat, iron his shirt and polish his shoes. I ended up having a sandwich and two glasses of chocolate milkshake (always good for stomach lining!). I was going to get him to take some pictures of me but it was 10.45pm when

Out of Town opening
There were so many things on tonight and Fashion Week doesn't even start til tomorrow! I was supposed to go the the opening of Selfridges new shoe hall - the size of a football pitch. I shall have to pop in over the next week.
